Diverter simulation design
The distributor is designed following modern mechanical advanced concepts, incorporating fluid dynamic simulation, optimization design, reliability design, virtual design, 3D modeling, and product life cycle design, resulting in optimal distribution performance.
Flow path design of flow divider
The design of the upper and lower spray heads ensures that both the upper and lower sieve plates, as well as the packing material and samples on the column wall, are thoroughly cleaned.
Screen mesh design:
The upper and lower screen meshes are stainless steel sintered meshes with a multi-layer structure. Unlike polyethylene screen meshes, which are hydrophobic and require thorough wetting before column packing, stainless steel screen meshes do not need to be pre-wetted, and they exhibit good air bubble removal and cleaning effects. The stainless steel sintered mesh is sintered from a protective layer, a process control layer, a dispersion layer, and 2 to 3 reinforcement layers.
Process of dismantling and rotating column tubes
The QuikSep AC automatic chromatography column utilizes a double-sided semi-circular handle to slightly lift the column tube for deflection or overall removal. Coupled with Huidy's patented mobile bracket, it can reduce the tension on the rotating fixed shaft, while facilitating rotation or pushing.
